Internship Description:

As a Rural Education Reform Intern, you will be an integral part of our ongoing project, contributing directly to the mission of enhancing education quality in areas where it is needed the most. Your responsibilities will include:

Classroom Design and Construction: Work closely with our team to design and construct classrooms that are specifically tailored for E-learning. Your input will be invaluable in creating environments that foster effective digital education.

Project Leadership: Depending on the situation, you may have the opportunity to lead aspects of the project, taking charge of its successful implementation and ensuring that the goals are met.

Demonstration Classes: Conduct demonstration classes to ensure the functionality of E-learning setups, making adjustments as necessary. Your role will involve ensuring that the technology is accessible and beneficial for both students and teachers.

Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor the effectiveness of the work, ensuring that all stakeholders benefit and are satisfied. Maintain regular communication with schools and individuals in charge to address any concerns and optimize the learning experience.

Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare a comprehensive report detailing your work, experiences, and suggestions to enhance the internship program. Your insights will be invaluable in refining and enriching future opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

  1. Proficiency in basic computer skills and MS Package.
  2. Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.

Internship Details:

Work Hours: Flexible, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. Work will be primarily on-site.

Compensation: This is an unpaid/volunteer position. However, we cover housing and dining expenses during your involvement in the project.

Benefits: You will receive a certificate upon completion of the internship. Additionally, you’ll have free access to our resume workshops and other professional skill development workshops.
