8K Tech is a proud project of Reinstalling Hope through which we provide software development services to a variety of non-profits and companies. This aligns with our overarching goals to support the well-being of Nepalis from under-represented backgrounds. We achieve this through inclusive hiring of young talented Nepali developers in remote, under-represented areas and through regular generous internship programmes. This supports families across the country by creating work opportunities in a challenging job market in Nepal. Further to this, proceeds from 8K Tech fund the operational costs of Reinstalling Hope and allow us to continue to offer life changing experiences and medical services to communities across the country.
